| Am I expected to clean before I depart? |

| Our company employs housekeepers to clean your unit after your departure. This is added to your rental fee at the time you make your reservation. However, we expect you to do "light clean up" before departure. This means bagging and disposing of trash, washing and storing dirty dishes, and sweeping the floors. |

The public areas in the buildings offer wheelchair access. We are not able to offer fully handicap accessible units.

Unlike hotels, valets are not available to transport luggage and personal belongings. Carts are provided at each location for a "lighter" check-in and check-out. Please return carts to the lobby when they are no longer needed. Carts can cause severe damage to a condominium hallway. Please do not take the carts inside the rental unit. |

Check-in begins at 3 PM. If you arrive early please enjoy the area attractions and come to your check-in location at 3 PM.

| Check-out is no later than 11 AM. Our housekeeping staff needs between 11 AM and 3 PM to prepare the condominium for the next arrival. |

| How does renting a condo differ from renting a hotel room? |

| An individual unit is more spacious than a hotel or motel room. You will have a fully equipped kitchen, pools, and hot tubs at your disposal. You will not have valet parking, bell service, daily maid service, or room service. |
