Missing the parking pass was not left in unit. Had to purchase one but host is willing to reimburse use for cost.Property

Place was great. Fabulous location. Easy to rent, Nice look and feel. But there were a few *tiny* things missing that we found frustrating: no kitchen soap or sponge, or enough dishwashing detergent to do more than one load of dishes (we had at least two), no paper towels (we bought some), we ran out of toilet paper in one bathroom and we had to go buy our own, only one trashbag in the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay as we always do in Gulf Shores. We were very happy with the unit it is a beautiful place. There were a few small issues with the unit. Many you are aware of. The master toilet needs to be fixed, we had to put the closet doors back on their rail in one of the spares, the lightbulbs that were out and the jetted tub that may or may not work. Do you appreciate your quick responses to email and thanks for being a great host.

Thanks for everything Mr. Morris. All was good during our stay. Condo was clean and ready to go. If I could suggest anything to make things better for future guests it would be to replace the broken beach chairs and balcony chairs... We had an enjoyable stay. Thanks again.Property

The condo was in a perfect spot on the beach and not too crowded in September. Take the elevator cross the hall and right into the condo, just perfect. Inside find a well appointed, spacious 3 bedrooms, kitchen with everything you could ask for and a living room with a view to die for. This is our second year to stay at this condo and we had a blast and.....we will be back! We loved the condo and we loved Gulf Shores.

Upon our earlier than expected arrival we were permitted in early but.....the owner stayed the night before. The staff was very efficient in working through the logistics of an early cleaning / our check in. Could not have expected anything better. Thank youProperty
The balcony was utilized hours each day. The owner should review the remaining two lounge chairs, (website reports 3 avail, one was broken last year prior to our arrival). They will fail very soon. We left two 'body boards' but would like to have had access to the closet with the beach toys, which was open last year, (by mistake?) This is an awesome place and hope to be able to schedule another week next summer We concur this is the best bargain in Gulf Shores

Condo in desperate need of attention, appears to have been neglected with little or no maintenance for some time. Recommend the building, however, not this unit. MANAGER RESPONSE: performed walk thru with the owner and very minor issues needed addressing in regards to maintenance. All bedroom TV's were replaced with flat screens.

Very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend for others! I was skeptical at first to rent a condo without any reviews but I am glad I did. The 3 bedroom/3 bathroom was spacious for family of 8 but we only had 5. The entire place was extremely clean upon arrival, quality furniture, a TV in all rooms, great kitchen area had everything you could need and a balcony with seating(not pictured) to enjoy the amazing view from the 18 floor! Parking was convenient and only one time did we have to park in the overflow lot across the street. Elevators were quick. The room entrance is in the foyer but you don't hear other guess. The property had security and even shopping carts to use for easy transport of bags to and from room. The pool was great and the beach access was awesome. 3 wash stations and a restroom. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. The owner Keith answered all the questions that I had in a very timely manner. The pictures don't do it justice.
