This Condo is a large 4 bedroom unit, on the bottom floor, with 4 full bathrooms, and a wrap-around porch/patio. There is one King sized bed and 3 Queen size beds. The master bedroom is large, with 2 sliding glass doors, one facing the front porch, and the other facing the back porch/patio and bay. There is plenty of room throughout for blow up mattresses and other sleeping possibilities.

The Kitchen has all Stainless Steel appliances and granite countertops. There is an island in the kitchen, and a separate bar with ice maker. This unit is ideal for large and extended group or family stay's. The living room has an Octagonal wall, mostly glass facing the bay. There is a hot tub, indoor pool, outdoor pool, sauna, steam room, work-out area and common patio area on the bottom floor, and second level.

The unit has it's own boat slip, which is ideal for all boaters and fishermen. The living room or back porch/patio view of the fishing boats heading out or coming in is terrific, as well as sunrise and sunset. The crystal blue water at the pass is as well, either beneath the bridge or at the seawall.

The Beach is directly across Beach Blvd. from this unit, with a slight walk Westward. However, if you cross Perdido Pass there is a State maintained boardwalk and beach access area, typically with few people around. The view is great, and the water/beach there is grand.
