Discover the Gulf Coast of Alabama

Staying along the Gulf Coast of Alabama for a vacation is perfect because you are close to three prime locations. The towns are small and the beaches are plentiful, but you will have plenty to do while staying here.

Gulf Shores Beach Chairs

Gulf Shores sits right off Alabama, and the Gulf Shores State Park has been around since 1939. Here you have a small coastal town where you will find excellent fishing (along with amazing seafood restaurants), a perfect beach, and the Gulf Shores Museum.

While there are golf resorts scattered throughout the coastal region, Gulf Shores is home to the Craft Farms Golf Resort, Kiva Dunes Golf Course, and the Gulf Shores Golf Club.

Orange Beach

Orange Beach is perfect for those who want to escape the golf scene. Follow a backcountry trail through the State Park or visit the Orange Beach Indian & Sea Museum to explore the fishing & Native American history of the area. Fish the waters for Red snapper, Amberjack, Tuna, Marlin & more!

The Wharf area of Orange Beach is perfect for shopping & live entertainment at The Wharf’s amphitheater. Enjoy performances by Jimmy Buffett, Zack Brown Band, Alan Jackson & more.

Fort Morgan Aerial View

Fort Morgan dates back to the 1800s & it is an official historic site in the U.S. You can tour the fort itself located at Mobile Point. Enjoy learning about the role this fort played in the Battle of Mobile Bay in 1864 along with its use throughout the Spanish American War, World War I & World War II.

Spend the day at the picnic area, check out the beaches & take a boat ride around the bay. This area is great for history buffs & also makes for a great family outing!
